As mentioned above, this is only a communication and not a complaint.

I, Manjusha Sohoni have a gas connection with your gas agency( consumer no CX 12118447)

I have received your SMSes on a number of occasions recently, in connection of submission of documents for direct credit of gas subsidy in my bank account. My husband Shri V N Sohani has spoken with you about this matter more than once, however, I wish to intimate you as below :

I have an Aadhaar number(9573 2665 0652). When I approached my bank for including my Aadhar number in my account details, I was told that this linkage is possible only in case of sole/first holder. Since I am second holder, Only option available to me was to open a new account with myself as first holder.

I initiated this process, last week, but I have still not received my passbook.
The bank has cited the reason of work overload due to some higher priority work. Accoding to them it will be possible for them to provide the passbook to me sometime in coming week.

I will courier the required documents to you, once I am in possession of the passbook.
