I had purchased a Thermoking geyser last year which is still under warranty. There is leakage is geyser tank due which water collected and short circuit happened. I have tried to contact several times on Thermoking customer care/contact numbers but nobody is responding.

Hi,
I have purchased "Thermoking 25-L Metal Body Water Heater (Geyser) With Advanced 4 Level Safety, Wall Mounting (Ivory)"since 15th October 2023 and it Delivered 22 October 2023. You Can sell this product to other cities but not send any service executives.This geyser is not working properly and customer care told me can't go there to any service executive, then what meaning of 2 years warranty? your company is the worst company.you are making money only.
