I am a customer having connection no. 16735. I visited agency counter today at 11.00 AM for taking cylinder. The person on the counter said that they have collected the Gas booklet at 10.30 AM. What is this practice? This practice does not maintain proper transparency. How a common man know that everything is going smooth even 10.30 is not the time to close the window. It is a common feature on this agency. The act of the officials in this agency are arbitrary and does not hold the customer friendly approach. Proper transparency is not being maintained. No notice board of the cylinder availability is being filled.Strict action must be initiated against the employee of this agency so that such type of practice could be stopped.
