I have purchased sleepwell mattresses on 19.10.2015 from Fine Fabrics lajpat nagar 2.The total price of the two mattresses was Rs38000.
I have made several complaints to the company regarding sagging after sitting for ten minutes.
The representatives of the company who visited the sites also observed the sagging and mentioned in their reports which were got signed by me.
The company still not agery to replace the same.
I hope my complaint will be properly addressed and action taken by the company soon.
