STILL AWAITING FOR THE AC TECHNICIAN by Vijay:

I am vijay and bought an new ONIDA AC - 1.5 ton from your shop SATHYA @ Kolathur, chennai on sunday 24.04.2016 and the same day product has been delivery. But still i am awaiting to fix this AC, you pupils know about the current temperature in Chennai. Before buying AC i just confirmed with one of your executive and he also given commitment that today the technicians will come and install the same. please dont give wrong commitments with your customers.And finally i tried with one of your CRM staff which was Krishna Veni, and also she told me that her manager is on leave for 1 week, she agreed me the same will install on 26.04.2016 on or before end of the day. So please took necessary action against my AC installation process to be completed by tomorrow that means before end of the day 26.04.2016. This is for your kind information. Expecting positive feedback from you.

Dear Team,
The day Monday 25.04.16 was so disturbed after bought an new Onida AC 1.5 ton, due to non present of Technicians from Onida brand and the same i had send you puipls mail and all to clear this process within immediate effect. But this was something a great effort which was took by CRM staff Krishna Veni as a challenge and clear this process today afternoon itself final installation has been done and now the AC working in a fantastic mode. I am thankful to Krishna Veni to make such a wonderful support to clear this moments and the same escape of the current temperature. Really this was an appreciate and the same thankful to Mohammed also who was sales executive in Kolathur branch which took his responsibility. I received three to four times calls from your concern teams checked about the current situation and all thanks to all. Good job. God bless.
