Samsung Smart TV display problem

Dear Samsung Agent
We purchased the samsung smart tv. on 25.02.2014, Samsung Smart TV, Model, UA32F550ARMXL, S/N: 23553ZEDCO1198 from Jupiter Agency, bill number 1106, dated 25-02-2014.
The purchased one was found to be defective and the t.v. (panel) was replaced on 28/29th October 2014 on complaint. Pl. see the mail content given below, related to the earlier correspondence and pictures of the previous and replaced one. Unfortunately, within 6 months time, it is also found to be defective, stopped display and became a radio worth Rs. 41,500.
I am sorry to say that with a lot of confidence, we preferred and purchased Samsung Smart t.v., foregoing Sony and other companies, but we are disappointed with this product from Samsung.
I request you to send the engineer immediately so that the fault will be detected and rectified.
