regarding subsidy

My consumer no.is 615491.In the year 2013. I linked my gas with aadhar card no.396038160546 & also with my PNB account no.1522000100327104.I also received the subsidy. But in the year 2014 I closed the above account and opened a new account at PNB no.4492000100032915.In the end of Dec 2014 I again submitted my aadhar card to your agency with new pnb account.I got a confirmation not only from the bank but also from the kusum agency regarding aadhar linked. I booked my cylinder and received it on 2nd February 2015. I waited for the subsidy but it was not deposited in my account. When I visited to your office the computer staff said that subsidy is deposited in your account but they couldn't find the account no. Please look the matter and deposit the subsidy to new pnb account or let me inform what I have to do now. My phone no. is 9801329890
