Sir,
My three transactions were failed while booking ticket on 01/04/2015,amt was debited three times from my account. I got refund amt of two txns. But still I did not get refund amt of txn no 100000202940512 failed. I also phone to customer care and send several times email to [email protected] with attachment of my bank statement. But I got poor response and said matter was not solved. Please solve my problem. I will be very thankful to you. My user id is dev27133.
