I have booked ticket Name of Mrs. Poonam Jhunjhunwala IRCTC 5001183431, INDIGO- Delhi to Chennai journey 07.06.2015, through IRCTC ON 30.04.15. Due to personal problem I had to cancel ticket.I could not find any options of cancelling ticket through IRCTC site so I cancel ticket through INDIGO site.Now I donot know how IRCTC will refund money and procedure to getting refund from IRCTC. Indigo Already refund my Money in IRCTC account but, IRCTC not refund my money till date Amt Refund Amount is 6379.00. Please do need ful
