Hi,
I have booked the ticked on 5th of June 2015 by my credit card two times. First time when I booked the ticket the amount of Rs. 456.22 had been deducted from my account but I didn’t receive the ticket. Then I booked the same ticket second time and received the ticket but the same amount had been deducted from my account. So, could you please refund my amount for first transaction? I have attached my credit account summary and irctc booked ticket history for you reference.
