I have never seen such a rubbish service centre in my entire life which is labelled by Samsung so called as authorised service centre where instead of Samsung ..local and Chinese sets are being repaired and there is huge buzz of people rather than samsung customers ....I recently repaired my grand 2 as it was having jack problem though after 4/5 visits they somehow manged to repair the said problem but I was amazed to see that my phone often doesn't charge when I plug it ..though it shows the charging icon and the lol thing is that it doesn't connect to my pc as well ....it ix just ridiculous and annoying !!
