overheating, iuncoming call problem, FB/Wht app not working

This is in response to your mail. Yesterday I have given ny mobile to your sreerampore care unit. They said they are forwarding it to their higher formation Following is the trouble
i0 phone getting overheated ii) What app, FB not working, Wht app getting deleted iii) Incoming call not working, the other side peopleon line telling they find my line getting disconnected. Details given by Sreerampore unit while taking my phone given below:-

I bought my phone in Jan 15, CST No.29020632441. What is surprising in the short period of purchasing, it is giving lot of trouble. Sreerampore unit earlier re-loaded soft ware software but it was fruitless effort as no improvement noticed. My SIM is OK , it is confirmed. Sreerampore customer care unit told me mother board need to be changed. But why don't you replace it with a defect free mobile. I must said in frank feedback your reputaion us at stake as lot of problem is coming from customer. Pl do me all the needful. I have already elaborated the problem above and also to your sreerampore unit named joy enterprise. At least if you can make my phone perfect, I will tell my friend no matter if any problem come, company is taking remedial measure forthwith and problem goes away. Regards
