Hi, I have subscribed for yearly Grihsobha Hindi Magazine by India Mags on 10th Feb 2015 and paid the amount for whole year.
The order got delayed and subscriptions started from April end.
But for the month of May 2015, I haven't received any subscriptions. I am following up with Indiamags team since last 10 days almost daily but the issue is not yet resolved.
Its quite frustrating and feel like cheated.
Also its not my job to followup with you all the time even after paying the whole amount.
Please look into the emails and respond to them so that you resolve customer issues.
