not refund my subsidies till date

sir/Madame, maine 7th mar ko subsidies cylinder liya tha but aaj tak mera subsidies amount mera a/c men refund nahi huwa plz problem kaha ho gaya? mera a/c banj se bhi link up huwa hai kindly help me.
