Sir, I have bought a Samsung LED tv from swagata plaza jorhat yesterday ,i.e 23.10.2014.Model no. is 32 EH 4003 R. They assuured us of quick installation. But till today evening that is 24.10.2014, I have received no call from the installation team to install my tv at home. I have also paid an amount for a airtel hd set top box in the same shop.please solve my problem.
