dear sir,
I had paid the subscription amount of Rs. 795/-vide HDFC cheque no. 384169 dtd 12.02.17 encashed on 23.02.17.ID 35412415 and order no. 122500 delivery of paper effective from 16.04.17.
as suggested your customer contacted at 0113984333 atleast 6-7 times spending more than rs 100 on calls neither coupons were sent nor refund was made. only asked to note down complain no. 1400550 dtd 05.05.17 and 145596 dtd 17.05.17 and email as suggested at [email protected] on 17.05.17 and reminder on 18.05.17. no action yet. I feel its punishment to me for changing readership from Hindustan times to Times of india.
