Dear sir,
I have booked cylinder refill online on 3 rd Jan 15, but now, till on 23 Jan 15 it is not yet delivered, while asking them they say , your cylinder is door delivered hence you have to book another one. I think this peaple are intentionaly doing this kind of nusence, as only few peaple come out with complaint.
