Sir, I had invested six lacks 4 years ago in madhubani Bihar branch, further plain was changed and certificates were submitted, in the month of June2015 3 years Will be completed of the new plan. I'm in the need of money and I want premature payment, but my branch manager denies saying that there is no option like that. Hence I request you to send me information how can I get my payment, and also send circular to my branch office. Thankfully D.N. Thakur
