No Power supply & unwanted Power cuts in rural areas

There is no power supply in rural areas of west singhbhum District. What Government agencies are doing and Why Our government claims 100% Electrificafion in India ?
Though every 3 out of 5 villages are in dark. And Cities are also facing power cuts. Why there are power cuts, why no one takes actions though promises are made by Politicians for providing facilities like water and electricity during election only.
There is no difference in BJP or Congress lead Government in state or Country . Government is assumed to be king and treat public as slave. Shameful for all of us to be 21st century and facing power cuts and government having No data and hide it due to avoid setbacks and negative side of huge propaganda of 100% Electrificationss may fail.
