Please sir' adhar card and bank acc. Na rahane ki vajah se mujhe gas nahi diya gaya.joconnection mere papa ke nam hai jo bistar par maut ke kareeb hai.total bed par unka kuchh bana nahi hai.passbook no.01167 hai.jo jo booking date; 3-01-2015 please help me.
