Dear sir,
I have purchased a Handset huawei honor4x ( che1-L04) from flipkart. Invoice date (07.04.15). after one month due to my mobile problem ( no power on ).
I have given this phone to Authorised service centre for repairing authoressed services centre Trident Technologies, Nungambakkam, chennai.
my hand set IMEI -1 :866941020602791 and job Receipt no.oTM/HU/15/00193. they are not solved my problem. and not return my phone.They are suppose to give me back the repaired phone in a weeks time but it has been over 1 months and I have not received it.
i have no another mobile phone.i have no another mobile phone.Request you to kindly take this matter up and help me get my phone back.
