Mannerless behaviour of the employees of Deepak Gas Agency, Dhirenpara

Hi there,
The employees working in Deepak Gas Agency, Dhirenpara are so notorious in behaviour. When we call them up they receive the call and start gossiping with their fellow colleagues and disconnect the call. Again when we call them up they doesnot receive our call and if they do receive our call, they start using slang. Today when i called them up they started doing the same thing. I want an explanation regarding this and want this problem solved as soon as possible.Today I am quite irritated with such irresponsible behavior and if again i had to face such behaviour then my next step can be a something higher.
