With due respect it is submitted that I had purchased the lava Iris Pro 30+ (IMEI No. 911393300264345) handset on dated 01.10.2014. But the same was giving problem from the begning. So I gave it for repair to lava care centre, sco 45, sector 11, panchkula on dated 11.10.2014. But they not repaired it properly & I got it unrepaied back. Then I gave it for repair to Maa Durga Trading Co., shop no. 21, baltana (zirakpur) on dated 25.10.2014. Even it was got repaired 4-5 times after it and they have not given me any receipt and fomatted my phone and handed over to me. Recently it was got repaied on dt. 6.6.2015 from the same. But it started again giving the same problem. So I today again visit the Maa Durga Trading Co. Baltana (mob: 09915178333) on today dt. 9.6.2015 and they told me that it would be got repaired from Delhi service centre which takes 15-20 days and they ask me for my contact no. Then I ask them for a standbyset but the refused to give me standby set. Then I told to them I may not give you my working contact no. without standbyset because I am handicapped. So now my handset (IMEI No. 911393300264345) is lying with Maa Durga Trading Co. Shop No. 21, Baltana (Zirakpur) Punjab (mob: 09915178333), alongwith all other accessories of handset, WITHOUT ANY RECEIPT.
So You are hereby requested that kindly lookinto the matter and resolve the same immediately. Otherwise I have no other option to knock at the door of Hon'ble Consumer Forrum.
