Lenovo S660 , 2nd SIM Slot is not working

Dear Lenovo Care,


I have purchaged the Lenovo S660 model last month from the Mobile store, Marathalli.
Here the issue is, unfurtunitely the 2nd SIM slot is not working and throwing message no SIM card detected for 2nd Slot.
I asked to the Mobile store same to replace as I purchaged the mobile last month. But they advised if Lenovo Service center will provide the cetificate then only they can able to replace.
