Lenovo laptop getting hanged for 5seconds

I have a laptop which is more than a year old and it is getting hanged for few seconds everytime and runs for 2 mins and again gets hanged. I gave it to nearer repair store and he did formatting and checked after changing hard disk and processor. But it is still not working fine, what might be the reason? My contact number is 9320420888.
