Jio Sim Activation problem.

I purchased a jio Sim and for one month i did not received any message concerning its activation. Then the last day I received a message that the application for a new connection was received but the Jio Sim is not activated till now. Reliance Jio No. is 702563XX25. Moreover I am unable to call customer. My order number is NO00XX059MV. How irritating the problem is! Please activate my Sim urgently.
