Internet is extremely slow because only one tenth capacity (140 MB) of 1GB RAM is detectable

I have bought Lenovo A680 last month ane its within warranty period. The problem with this phone is that only about one tenth capacity (140 MB) of 1GB RAM is detectable. Because of this the internet is extremely slow. Please suggest me how to use the remaining capacity of RAM.
