incoming ring volume becoming low frequently

We purchased Samsung mobile in chennai in May 2014. The model no. is GT-19060.
We are unable to receive incoming call rings frequently since about 6 months. Due to this others when call us we are unable to answer. When they inform us from another available mobile, then only we could note it and we could find missed call from that person. When checked up for volume, it is minimum. Then we increase the volume and we can get a ring for 1 or 2 calls. Again the same thing repeats. We contacted your cust. care number of times. As per their advice increases volume in settings also, but of no use. Everyday after getting up in the morning , check up for any missed calls, increase volume if it is less has become a regular habit for me. Even after this, we are not getting call rings. Kindly help us what to do and how to get out of this problem. Sometimes the Airtel sim network, though available , we are not getting incoming /outgoing calls. We have to switch off the device and Switch on after 1/2 minutes. Then the network works. This is another problem with our device. The 2nd. is not so frequent. Kindly arrange for the above problems with our SAMSUNG device which is not giving the satisfaction of its buying.
