I applied for a new connection without subsidy to their office personally, since they mentioned I would have to wait for 9-10 months for one with subsidy(I had applied for that online and took my documents to their office).
I was informed that the cylinder would be delivered on Tuesday, which it has not been. also, the contact nos. mentioned on the official Indane website - 0124-2014221/2014222 are both inactive. They are printed on their bill receipts too. I found mobile nos. through just dial which nobody is answering. Their communication with me during the entire transaction was very rude and offensive. I had almost made up my mind to file a harrassment case against them but, I gave them benefit of doubt.
They should be punished for delayed deliveries and should not be allowed to mention wrong contact nos. on official documents and websites. They should be fined for circulating wrong information.
