always try for costomer purchase gas from local gas mafia by black . timely not delivered gas .my booked gas not deliverde & agency poeple book again gas on 01/03/2015 with out my knowlage . when i cal to agency smartly reply me you again book the gas on 01/03/2015 . if ncr not able to distribute the gas why not hand over to other agency ? if you not able to controle your staff & controle your distribustion system why captured the business ? if you not take a action an urjent base so i deffinatly talk with bhiwadi area officer mrs. ahuja of IOC ,than i take stong action on my lable .
