I ordered Amway nutrilite glucose health worth rs.2000 on 07.08.17 with id-19634711412 by Snapdeal mobile app. Snapdeal informed me to cancelled the order on 12.08.17.
On 26.08.17 a message came to my mobile number of AD DLHVRY for easy parcel shipment worth rs. 2000 is to deliver today. Courier boy gave me a packet on which my address and amount of rs. 2000 was written. When I opened it, there is Moringa powder of worth rs. 75.
When I contacted Snapdeal, they denied to provide any help, as they said that the order has been cancelled earlier and no shipment was sent to me.
Manager of warehouse dillia also did not give any satisfactory answer regarding the order return and recovery of my 2000 rs.
