Fraudulent case against Reliance Agent.

Hello Sir, I am from kolkata. My number is 7063526XX. 10 days ago a Reliance Agent came to me and I purchased a Jio Sim from him. He promised to start the Sim within 2 days and charged me for the Sim. i payed him the money and he fled with the money . but now he doesn’t respond to my call and tells me to be busy. He responds as if he the master of the Reliance company. So why are such agents employed in Reliance to suffer such humiliation.
Please solve my problem, otherwise return my money.
