Res Sir/Madam,
I had made a return request on dated 22 august 2023 on naykaa and the replacement was approved on dated 23 august 2023, but the returned was not picked up and cancelled on dated 30 august 2023 without any reason and showing cancelled by the client while i didn’t cancelled my return request and on telephonically the delivery boy want to pick this order from their Office Sirsa( pin code 125055). This order was delivered on the address provided by me then why delivery boy don’t want to pick this order from my address. Kindly it is requested to you to investigate this matter as soon as otherwise I incurred a loss of huge amount of rupees 1000/-. I have made again a return request today(31.08.2023). I hope that this time i will not be disappointed with your service.
