I had left my car - Hyundai Santro at the body shop for replacing the front wind shield. This was covered under insurance. However, after the rains, I found that lot of water was collecting inside under the driver's seat and had soaked the carpet.The vehicle was returned for inspection of the cowl top, wind shield sealing, etc. and finally was returned after a gap of 4-5 days. But, the problem remains and the staff have been very indifferent and unapologetic about the matter. Additionally, it was found that lot of parts were damaged in the process of inspection, wires left dangling and the vehicle was covered with dust and grime and returned the same way. I would request immediate intervention failing which, I may be
forced to take recourse to consumer forum for redressal.
