DAMAGED LUGGAGE PROBLEM NOT YET SOLVED

Dear sir,

Sub: Property Irregularity Report: Ticket no 629522748488404 date 17/8/2014, Baggage Tag no SQ020914

I had landed in Mumbai from USA on 17/08/14 and my Samsonite carry Bag side strap and zip were badly damaged. From Mumbai I came to Hyderabad. The Silk air representative in Hyderabad contacted me , but since I was going out of Hyderabad again, I told them to contact me in early October. So far nobody has contacted. The bag was very good quality, purchased from Samsonite.

I feel that I did mistake in choosing Singapore Airlines for 3 reasons:

A. The bag should not have been damaged in the transit.
B. The problem should have been solved immediately in Mumbai
C. There is no further action from Singapore airlines to resolve the issue.

Please take urgent action. In future I will think twice before booking flight in Singapore Airlines.
