i have been transfer my gas connection from sahibabad(U.P.) to pilani(RAJ.) i have provide our voter card to pilani gas distributer but he is not receive my connection. he demand of rasan card.but rasan card is not ablable.so plz take action & receive my connection to my voter card address.
