Complaint for tata indicom Phone Service disconnected without information

I have port my tata indicom number 9212602801 to reliance network on 3rd August and all the document and home verification was done successfully; Even first month bill has generated on 22nd Aug'16. Company has disconnected all my service without prior information also when i had contact on Vaishali & Vasundhara & Indrapuram reliance store then they haven't accept my documents due to technical issue in there server, Customer care is also not able to continue services until document will not be submitted again. The person available in Sec 4, Vaishali store is not treating to their customer and not providing any response. My phone services are still disconnected since last 3 days and nobody is giving me proper response. I am total frustrated and not able to understand where I need to contact to resume my phone services again.
