I bought samsung A5 on 11/01/2015,from that day am having many problems in that mobile till now.On the next day I had over heating problem in mobile, in service center they said it might be a charger problem.later I had a problem of network dropping ,for this they I was a sim problem.again I faced a problems like 3g not working auto off,in service center they asked me to change board.is that y I bought a new mobile?is this the quality of Samsung brand?I have lot of work but I went to Samsung service center often and it make me stressed.In service center they gave me only tempravery solutions not permanent.I don't need any compromises I need mobile replacement.Reply me about this complaint soon.
