i booked tickets for cinepolis mbd mall ludhiana punjab the jungal book hindi 13/04/16 5 pm show four tickets but tickets not confirm money deducted 1188.72 from my debit card through www.cinepolisindia.com i also camplaint cinepolis website feedback but till today no body respons from cinepolis please refund my payment

i booked tickets for cinepolis in royal meenakshi mall b'lore on 25/04/16 5.20 pm show three tickets but tickets not confirm money deducted from my credit card through www.cinepolisindia.com (this happened twice) i also camplaint cinepolis website feedback but till today no body respons from cinepolis please refund my payment

I have booked 4 tickets today of Udta Punjab at Cinepolis Amritsar 5:45pm and I paid through my debit card Rs833.But my tickets were not confirmed and I lodged mail to Cinepolis from their app. & tried 3 times.But no reply received from them.Please help.
