I brought a new karbonn mobile phone on 7.5.16, but it was not working properly after few days. I contact with coustomer care Mobicare at Shyambazar on 22.6.16 and they assured me that the problem will be solved within 15 days, but the problem is not solved till today. I am facing a big problem with out my mobile phone since last one month.
