Big delay in replacement Panasonic P41 mobile phone

On 27th March 2015 I submitted my Panasonic P41 due to some display problem to the service center at Patil plaza pune. later on after 20 days they told me that replacement of new mobile will be given by the company and it will be despatched from Wagholi, pune. My question is why this delay to give new mobile to me. Does it really takes 20 days to reach from Wagholi to pune. And now since from the last week I am trying to call the service center but it is closed over a week. Please help me to sort out this issue.. I am calling to Mr. Chetan but every time he answers like once mobile come to us we will give you. I think after a year also he will repeat the same.
