Dear Sir
I along with my wife traveled by your Air line on 11th, from Chicago to Chennai, via, Dublin and Abu dhabi.
To our dismay, all our 4 baggage are yet to arrive. The no given by your personnel at Air port 04422561431/22561432, remains unanswered.
All our important medical reports are in the luggage. I am an Advocate, practicing in chennai, has important papers to be filed on Monday in the court.
We were assured that the baggage would be home delivered, today not later than noon, but it is disgusting to note that, till now that has not happened.
Kindly look into it and see that the baggage are delivered, to night.
