Seller has sent a wrong product. the seller has sent 2 screwdriver sets.
1 : 28 piece screw driver set (with three bits missing) instead of compact hobby tool kit
2: Led torch cum screw driver set.
Please let me know the course of action to be taken.

Refund Issue with Askmebazaar by Shilpa Kiran:

Hi,
My Name is Shilpa Kiran, my order number is AB12182458
I had placed an order at Askmebazaar for a bigsmile shoe rack on 18th May 2016 through net banking, it is almost 20 days now, still the Product is not delivered by ask me bazaar, and till now i have not received my refund money.
I have already complained it regarding this matter and my complain no is QRC97650203, QRC97650767 & QRC96872582. but still no refund.
Next time they asked me to log a ticket through online and they have closed the ticket #104778 saying speak to your Bank. When I spoke to the bank, they confirmed that amount was credited to Askmebazaar.
Now, I am not sure, what to do. Please look this matter & help to resolve it as soon as possible.
