Hi,
I have installed your new Airtel Internet TV in my new house.
Since the time i have booked i have been facing issues with your services.
1. The box was installed 3 days later form the promised and committed date.
2. since the itme its installed, no one has come for the demo.
3. false promises are made and i have to leave my work and stay home.
4. No one answers the phone (9898252555) and no one calls back even after 55 miss calls given on this number.
I did a big mistake by trusting airtel :(
if i dont get the demo by EOD today i will approach the consumer court with all the proofs and file a case claiming 10 lacs rupees against you for mental harassment and cheating under IPC 420.
