    Dear Sir,

    We are very sorry to say that after several reminders through Phone and Email regarding
    collected twice payment on 05th June 2014 (39319/- & 30044/-) for which we had sent
    you our Bank Statement also.

    We are regularly contacting you through phone but every time we get reply that you have
    forwarded the matter to the A/c Office as well as Head Office. We think that you are not
    taking our matter as serious.

    Please see that, we have not got any refund of this payment which you will return us with
    2 years interest.

    For your reference we are again attaching all then document, please go through it.
    We hope this time you will reply immediately on the receipt of this mail.
