Pls suggest me sir from 2 months i'm doing job in Bhandara district in Maharatra my consumer no. is 18770 , during training period of 6 month i have no leave so, is it possible that my any close friend can tranfer my connection in bhandar if he had my connectoin & my connection's papers + rifil booking book , which document you want as my identification ? adhar card,election voter id,ration card or any other ? pls tell me ............ i'm waiting for ur reply
