1. I Purchased Reach mobile on 28 Apr 2017 and delivered to me on 04 May 2017 from Shop Clues.com. Details of the mobile are as under :-

2. The following complaint for the above mobile :-
(a) Sound not reaching to dialed person from this mobile. And also some
time very very less sound only reaching to receiving person.
(b) Charger not working.
3. I am requesting you to kindly replace the mobile and provide good condition mobile and charger at the earliest.
