Greetings sir/madam, on 11.05.2019 i watch a film along with my film and unfortunately I missed my sunglaSes at that theatre after 10 minutes i have asked them to find or send me to check that particular seat but they refused to enter,they made me to wait for more 30 minutes and given irresponsible answers by manager. They dint helped me to get back my sun glass.
