Whenever I go to watch cinema in this theatre, they are collecting an amount of Rs. 20/- for parking the two wheeler and Rs. 20/- for each pair of 3D glasses for watching the 3D movie. Yesterday also the same thing happened. When I said that it is your duty to provide parking space free for parking vehicle and supply of 3D glasses free, they didn't listen and told that you can lodge complaint any where. This is an irresponsibilty of theatre management and gross negligence of implementation of rules. More over it is written on the slip that they are not at all responsible for if the vehicle/ spares/ helmet etc are lost.I uploaded the images of parking slip and 3D glasses issue slip.
Hence, I request you kindly to take necessary action so that the consumers' rights are protected please.
