Dear sir/madam
Kindly be informed that I own a santro car bearing registration no JK05B 9014 in the name of my brother DR IQBAL.I have always been repairing/obtaining service from your authorized service centre (KC Hyundai hyderpora Srinagar) as and when required and have never repaired my car from outside ,even for the minor service I used to get it from KC HUYUNDAI hyderpora service centre.on 3/07/2017 I obtained service from ur service center where I told ur company people to have the oil change,suspension,general check up and other necessary service done and after making the payment I was told that whatever was required has been done.on Friday during my trip to doodpathri I was told by my friend that a burning smell is coming from the front wheel and suddenly I stopped the car and saw the burning smell and nuts of the front wheels were so hot that I could not touch them.Not knowing ABC of the car I waited for a long time for some expert and fortunately a boy stopped his bike and saw my situation ,he checked the coolant and informed me that its empty and advised me to fill it with water then wait for 1hour so that the wheels are cooled to therir normal temperature.i did that and fortunately I ran away to my home after wasting 3hours.This is the poor and unsatisfactory service that your company is providing to its geneuine customers.
In view of this I would like to request u to refund the billed amount which I have paid and also repaire my car in order to compensate the inconvenience put to me and wastage of my precious time due to unsatisfactory and poor service of ur company failing which I shall be forced to proceed to u in the court of law.copy of bill is attached.
